About John's Journey
John J. Liptak is an internationally recognized author with over thirty years of experience creating assessments for mental health clients, offenders, ex-offenders, and college students. He has authored over 100 workbooks with Ester Leutenberg on topics such as stress management, substance abuse, domestic violence, and developing and maintaining effective personal and intimate relationships. In addition, John has authored 31 career assessment instruments, 10 books, and 30 e-books.
John’s work has been featured in the Associated Press, in numerous newspapers, including the Washington Post, Tampa Bay Times, and The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and on MSNBC television and CNN Radio. John also appeared in the PAX/ION television series “Success without a College Degree.” John earned a Doctor of Education degree in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech. He lives in Radford, Virginia, and is the President of the CCA, Inc.
John’s research has focused on helping people on their spiritual journey to religious self-exploration of the Christian faith. While many believe faith is a feeling and belief that cannot be measured, John wholeheartedly disagrees. He believes faith attitudes, beliefs, and choices can (and should) be calculated, explored, and enhanced frequently. This unique perspective has led God to call John to provide self-exploration materials for all of the stories, Bible passages, and scriptures. He is the founder of the Calculate Your Faith Project. We aim to help people understand their Christian life and calculate and explore their faith in God. You trust that you honor God in your decisions, demeanor, behavior, motivations, and mindset. You believe everything you do represents God's Word, not societal expectations. But how do you know for sure? Our Vision
Our vision is to help people understand their findings after calculating their faith in God. After you engage in spiritual inventory, you will uncover ways to honor God and improve your faith. Similarly, people can find ways to live more spiritually and praise God even more. While God already knows what’s inside you, you may not be consciously aware of what’s in your heart. You may need help shining a light on the dark aspects of your life.
Our Beliefs
We believe people can live with wisdom after calculating and exploring their faith in God. God is the ultimate source of wisdom. God and wisdom are the same, and wisdom can arise from the teachings of God in the Bible. As the world’s creator, God has transcendent wisdom. When you can live faithfully according to the Bible's wisdom, you become aligned with the Heavenly Father. Convert self-exploration information into a wise path to love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength.
